CMA CGM is the third largest shipping liner company in the world, with approximately $14.3 billion of revenues in 2010. All 17 vessels in GSL's on-the-water fleet are chartered to CMA CGM.

One of GSL's principal objectives is to selectively expand its charterer base over time. Management's experience and understanding of the sector, together with its relationships within the industry, will enable GSL to capitalize on market opportunities.
