CMA CGM is the third largest container shipping liner company in the world, with approximately $ 12 billion of revenues in 2007 and $ 1 billion of net income. CMA CGM is rated BBB- / Ba1 by Standard & Poor's and Moody's, respectively. 17 vessels in our on-the-water and contracted fleet are chartered to CMA CGM.

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd is a global liner operator, ranked 14th in the world by operated capacity. It is a subsidiary of Israel Corporation, which is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. During 2007, Israel Corporation reported net income of approximately US$ 180 million on revenues of approximately US$ 11.5 billion. Two of our newbuildings are chartered to ZIM.

One of our principal objectives is to further expand our charterer base as we grow our fleet. Management's experience and understanding of the sector, together with its relationships within the industry, will enable us to generate new business in an expanding market.
